why Hitsugaya is famous??

i wonder why Hitsugaya is the most famous character in bleach

.
some people have his banners and others allways say Hitsugaya rules.
but i saw all the 60 episodes and i think he doesn't worth this much fame plus he lost easily in episode 60.

yea but u have to realize aizen is liek mega strong...i dunno i think hes just one off those "cool" characters...

i forgot to add that Hitsugaya used bankay while aizen didnot even named his sword.

Hitsugaya is just one of the coolest characters in bleach....he has a really cool bankai also and i just think that rules, even thought he maybe weak against Aizen.

Aizen, once again, was way stronger than the average captain at that point. As far as Hitsugaya goes, let's look at a few facts.

1) He's the youngest Gotei 13 captain.
2) He excelled so much in the academy that he was garunteed a spot in the Gotei 13 even before graduation.
3) He's certainly one of the most intelligent and level headed captains, having realized Ichimaru and Aizen before anyone else.
4) He himself is also rather powerful, pulling both Hinamori and Kira into stalemates once they began fighting at the site of the (assumed) dead Aizen.
5) Just as both Ukitake and Kyouraku have the only two double swords in all of SeiReiTei, Yamamoto and Hitsugaya have the only two top elemental bankai in all of Soul Society.
6) He's paired with the most famous Vice-Captain, Miss Cleavage of the Gods, as my gf calls her.

Nothing these, it's easy to see how he can be one of the favorite characters. But there's also this.

1) His Shikai is a capable of producing a dragon. Come on, a dragon made of ice is downright cool.
2) Because he's young, many viewers that aren't grown-ups can relate to him
3) He's like the Sasuke of the series in a sense, which automatically grants him fangirls.

And Aizen's zanpakuto's ability gave him pretty much a cliff's worth of advantage. It's a hypnosis ability. I doubt anyone but the Commander General could really beat that. In any case, the episode 60 fight was one-sided, and otherwise, Hitsugaya owns.

Most of the People who say this read the Manga. The Manga Is very far ahead of the anime. And by the way is getting even more great.

I don't know why everyone is so obsessed over him. Personally he does not seem that remarkable. I'd much rather remane a urahara, isshin & co. fan.

Hitsugya just does not seem that great of a character, sure he is the youngest captain of the gotei 13, but in all reality, ichigo, any of the vizards, Urahara,Isshin& co. could kick his ass.

I probably spelled many of the characters names wrong, I know. Don't bug me about it.

Not nessecarily. We've only seen an actual bit of his abilities. Plus, keep in mind that even his Shikai is capable of encasing someone in complete ice or unleashing various glacial creatures upon his opponents.
