No, you can't match-up characters like that on this forum as they have to be anime or manga characters which has a versus thread in its on section.

Chiyo. She's had way more experience than Temari. I'm sure that with 10 puppets, Chiyo would get an attack in that Temari couldn't deflect or dodge.

ok...why can chiyo attack temari but kankuro cant? i think kankuro can bag temari and vice versa, i think the deciding factor is the terrain for both fights since puppet users tend to need to hide

Chiyo vs Temari? Since this is the anime section, I'll assume it's pre-time skip Temari vs post time skip Chiyo. I'd say Chiyo. She'd wipe the floor with Temari. She's a puppet master, and she has WAY more experience than Temari.

I disagree. Kankuro is a trickster, all puppeters are. his salamander is a defense puppet, and add the other puppets kankuro will use for offense. I think Kankuro can tie his chakra to Temari's fan to stop her using the wind jutsos.
