Kidoumaru all the way. No way neji would have had a chance without his byakuugan and whirlwind move he has. I dont think shino has the right type of techniques to deal with Kidoumaru. Plus kidoumaru can hide pretty well and without knowing where he is shino cant send his bugs at him.

shino might do his lil lady bug thing where the male can smell it if he put the female bug on kidoumaru.

Still though kidoumaru has a very sharp mind and can analyze the situation very well and create strategies very quick. So even if shino does the female bug thing i dont think it will matter. Plus Shino will have to reveal what the bugs really do when the spider guy has him caught in one of his chakra webs. So the element of surprise of chakra eating bugs would be neutralized by Kidoumaru's webs.
