Well if your going off this because 4th is a hokage then that wont work because after the 3rd died the first person asked to be the 5th hokage was Jiraiya but he turned it down because it would get in the way of his studies

But yea 4th would win because he had the (yea im sorry dont know name of technique) technique which gave him the name Yellow flash and we only know of two techniques he invented we dont know if he invented more or not.

I would say Kurenai, her genjutsu is really good. But Anko seems pretty strong with her snake jutsus as well.. It's hard to say

well i think if they didnt shut down the kyuubi chakra than naruto would have won but would probalby ha taken out all his friends along with him and also i would like to see The 4th vs Naruto vs Jiraiya

Are you kidding? Lol. Even if Oro didnt seal Naruto its not like he will release all 9 tails. Its impossible. His body cannot handle all that chakra. The most he would have released at that time would have been 1 or 2 tails. Still not enough to beat Orochimaru. You need atleast 5 tails to take Oro. That is if you get the opportunity to do so.
