I would say Jiraiya as well, but he's going to have an extremely hard time.

Jiraiya although I think it would be a good match it is thought and thinking vs impulse. Although I think that Jiraiya has more justu and power, and the 5th is more of a support jutsu person, but still strong none the less.

True, that if Jiraiya will let her get close to him. He knows almost every jutsos Tsunade have and vice versa. And as what i had seen, Tsunade is great in close range combat and of course medical jutsos. While Jiraiya relies on his Ninjutsos and seals. Jiraiya will win, for me.

Of coz the first win. He knows water jutsu and earth jutsu. He can combined them to make a wood element.He have super strength like Tsunade. And he can control bijuu.

Damn if Kyuubi attack Konoha when he's the kage, he turn Kyuubi into a puppy.

If you mean KN4 = 4 tails, it depends. Provided the 3rd wont use any seal for supressing the Kyuubi's chakra he dont have a chance. Anyone against Naruto that has knowledge on supressing the Demon such as Kakashi, Jiraiya or Yamato would probably win.
