I forgot the "y" in Jyuuken. It's the end of the fucking world as we know it.
And that's a load of bull right there. I don't recall reading/seeing anywhere that the Jyuuken takes away chakra. What I do know is that it can close the chakra points, preventing chakra flow, but it doesn't take away chakra. And Lee doesn't need chakra to use his insane speed, I believe, so all he has to do is run circles around Neji and occasionally punch him in the face every once in a while. Sure, Neji could use Kaiten, but Lee is faster than that, so he could jump out of the way before Neji uses it, then jump back in after Neji finishes his move. So, Lee > Neji, and don't pull out that "Golden Byakugan" or "4 Bijuu" crap, since it hasn't been proven as of now (and it probably won't be).

And how can Neji drink some soda when he's fighting Lee? That would leave him vulnerable and open, giving Lee the perfect chance to punch the can into his face.

Anyways:

I think Sakura/Sasuke/Naruto would win against Neji because it's been proven that Naruto can beat Neji by himself (after tapping Kyuubi chakra a little bit). So, Naruto's overall persistence/endurance along with Sasuke's Katon jutsus and fighting style and with Sakura having the crap punched out of her (being a distraction), Neji would have be attacked from three direction, and the only thing he could do is Kaiten to have any hope of of fending them off. Since that's the only thing Neji could really do his chakra would drop incredibly fast. Then Naruto could summon some clones, Sasuke could do some fire, and Sakura could throw a few shuriken. Neji defeated.

And, Mr. MadeUpFacts, don't pull any of that "Golden Byakugan" or "4 Bijuu" garbage. I know you will anyways, regardless of me reminding you twice not to.
