Well, they are as different as night and day.
Impulse: I think that the background goes very well with the stock, but I think that you made the overall sig just slightly too dark... I dont really like the "SPAWN" text though.
Goku: I like the stock, but the background kinda kills it... also, the random techlines kinda makes me look twice and think "wtf?" because Zelda and Tech just dont mix most of the time... The bottem right corner also kind of distracts you away from the stock.

Overall, I'd say that Impulse GMV.

Impulse said specifically "vote properly". "link rux" does not come under that category.

Hm, yeah. I prefer Goku's. The positioning of the Spawn text on Impulses is badly thought out, and seems kinda n00bish, honestly.
Also, I'm not a big fan of the ol' "really dark black background with flash of light" style, which Impulse is always wont to use. However, Goku's trying out a fresh technique for him, which I think works really well.

ImpulseSeed : its just too dark. not saying dark isn't good but like it seem he is in the way back hidden from everyone. also don't know if you really care.. well you prolly don't care baout anything I say but it seems like its a weird size and it seems kinda i dunno plain.
Goku : its that bright spot on the right that catches my eye before anything else really. it is like a distraction of Link : \ .. or is that what its sujppose to be. waahhaa! ... also i like how you did the border with the white going thru it

IS's is a lil bit too dark, althoug I like dark.

I dont really like the green, purple and blue in Goku's sig, but since the stock has the same colors its ok.

I gotta say Im votin for IS, cuz I kinda like the 3Dish brushes

I say Goku. His is colorful, which I like.
Impulseseed-Its good, but the words are leaving the page. I am also not really into the colors.

Don't really fancy IS sig because it's a little too dark; and i don't like the "spawn" text next to the stock.

Goku's sig is colorful and nice; and the bg is alright.

impluse yours has a nice backround but im having trouble telling what the stock is
