I've been thinking that we need a new banner for this FC as we haven't really had one in a long time. So i'm proposing that all of our members who have PS skills to try and make one. If their are enough banners i'll even make a thread with a poll to have a vote on which is best. I'll give it until next saturday so please give it a try!

lol if naruto went uber kyuubi on jiraiya he would not win(jiraiya) and naruto has only been able to hold 4 tails so far(in manga as hfb said)
