idk, if tobi was true, and some ninjas from the village believed it, i think they could take out the few "bad" guys and keep konoha peaceful yet new. also, i had a question. tobi said uchiha and some other clan made konoha. and the other clan was the first hokage right? and the second and so on and so on. so since it is widely believed naruto is the 4th's son, would he be a special ninja from that other clan? since the uchiha and them were neck and neck in abilities, theres the old rivalry. but he never says what the other clans special powers were that made them as strong as the uchiha. i think that sets the stage for some dramastic naruto changes.

I think so, I wish it could be a Tsunade just hand them over (Sasuke), but I juuust don't think it will go that easy. Tsunade is the last of the 'Senju'. Uchiha was the Senju's arch rivals and the Uchihas tired of fighting and agreed to a truce. The 4th hokage Minato (Yondamine), is Naruto's father and placed th kyuubi in his son to save the Leaf village. The only living shinobi who knows of Yellow Flash being Naruto's Father are the 2 Elders, ANBU Leader, Tsunade, (I suspect Kakashi has figured it out, or talked about it with Jiraiya), and the Ma and Pa Toads with the message from Jiraiya. Yondamine was seen as one of the best Hokages ever because he was the first 'Non' Senju to attain the crown. Naruto will finally get recognition, but it will be at a cost. I'll quote Sasuke's words against Orochimaru "Even the people that you all call geniuses, merely appear as regular before an Uchiha." That was before the Super Duper MS.

Yo! 403 was a killer, It was sad to see Itachi crying after Sasuke got after him, and I'm glad they finished the entire flashback. Too many people were saying Sasuke sat their like a punk shaking, when he actually did something. The chapter and Itachi also helped me realize that though Sasuke has been determined, and doing excellent living as a child on his own, basically commanding adults, and planning others lives (team Hawk, and even Madera who's now following Sasuke like the Sound 4), but he is still pure and ignorant to real life bad luck, and he believes through avenging something can be changed. Yes he's as clueless as Naruto, but its okay. The chapter shows that there will be a Sasuke vs. Naruto part 2, and Naruto will have to use the Itachi powerup to survive, calm both of them down to create..... THE WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS from the Village Hidden in the Trees, within parts unknown. Naruto (Who'll even be like Akamaru for Kiba, for Sasuke & his Kyuubi controllng MS), and Sasuke.

It would be disappointing to see a repeat of the Konoha 5. Hmm.. Or, maybe not. Hmmm
Since it seems that right now Kishi is re-introducing the chracters by their teams (first was Team Gai with the Rescue Gaara arc; second was Team Asuma with the Hidan/Kakuzu arc; and third was Team Kurenai with the tracking Sasuke arc) Seeing as how we've seen everyone's new jutsu (with an exception for Team Kurenai), there's a possibility for a reunion of the Konoha 5. I have mixed feelings about seeing this group again, and wouldn't mind seeing a different grouping with Naruto.

Chapter 403 was definitely awesome. Any excuse to see Chibi Sasuke. XDD
It was great to see the whole crying Itachi thing, and this chapter definitely explains the sideways headband that Itachi was wearing in the very first image of him in Sasuke's head. It seems that both Sasuke's and Itachi's stories are becoming more and more complicated with each chapter.

This power that Itachi gave Naruto has gotten me rather intrigued... I'd definitely like to see it... Soon.
