I'd prefer having Kakashi as a Sennin rather than a Hokage...being Hokage is like being the president of the U.S., you get no breaks, always working, signing papers and whatnot.

I agree with everyone else, for power he's strong but he can't match up to the sanins, let alone become a hokage with that power. Besides the fact that he's laidback, kakashi just wouldn't want to take on a responsibility like that (Jiraiya was the same)

Actually, I'd love to see Kakashi working as the Hokage. He may be laid-back, but he can be serious whenever he wants it. Plus, he has the power and the wits.
Too bad he won't ever take the job even if he's offered to do it. ^^

hmmmm the fact that he is laid back... makes him kakashi... and the only time he ever seems to be seriousis when he's in battle.... he is our happy-go-lucky-one-eyed-sharingan-ninja and him always being late doesn't help the fact either..... I think he shud just stay where he is... or get promoted to sannin or sumfin.... lmao....

another suggested topic:
what if kakashi's a jinchuuriki? we all know he's intelligence and wit is great. it's just that he lacks the chakra to become a super strong jounin. if he has a bijuu inside him where he can tap chakra with, imagine what will he be like.
