Ya, Kisame have a massive amount of chakra. And i believe Neji is really suitable to fight him with his jyuuken. Maybe Kisame chakra is too much that Neji cant even seal it completely ( just a thought, but i would like to see that. If that happen, then we can see how Neji fight in a disadvantage situation for the 2nd time. ).

Neji is the strongest character in all of naruto easy. it took 4 jounin to stop hiim when he wasnt even trying as GENIN.

He has strength of 4 bijuu and will awaken golden byakugan to fight zetsu in the end.
