About Neji learning more techniques, I think that would be ideal for him. Especially if he learned and mastered genjutsu and some how combined it with his already powerful Byakugan.

If I could change 3 things about Neji it would be...
1. He needs to be a little more talkative.

i dont really want to change anything from him...but maybe his clothes in the shippuden and and how he looks like of he has short spiky hair..i think he'll look cooler. but i already love neji anyways..so no biggie.

Who do you think would win in a serious fight with Naruto and Neji?? (After time skip of course.) And whoever you think would lose, do you think they would lose badly??

I think Naruto may have gotten stronger, but not enough to beat Neji...but I don't think he would lose too badly. What does everyone else think?

Well both of them does get stronger but I'd say even after them learning new techniques I think Neji would win. I think Naruto and Neji might have a very close match where Neji is almost as badly injured as Naruto but still not as badly and wins.
