and Neji is jounin with fully boosted bloodline + genius of hardworking Lee

topic- what happen to the fact tha ranks don't matter? lol......well it's more like three on two if anything seeing as how akamaru is huge now...kiba has the ability to merge with akamaru and shino has his bugs that can spread like a wildfire...im not so sure neji and rock lee can defend themselves so easily...neji might, but rock lee probably won't...

lee can open the gates and destroy the bugs with pure chakra...even tho they eat it, i doubt they can take two gates worth of chakra

I say Kiba and sino because even though Neji can take care of the bugs if Kiba and akamaru merge together its all over. The only way they lost the first time was because Sakon and yukon cheated!!!!

Ok, I will make my post earlier more detailed:
Alright, first off, you have Neji. He has his Byakagin, that he has trained with for years, so it has advanced greatly. He is a great Taijutsu master, and aslo thathas advanced over the years of training. Now, you have Rock Lee. Neji and Rock Lee are used to working togather, as they were in the same squad. Lee is also a Taijutsu master, and can use forbidden jutsu. Lee also can use: Iron fist, drunken fist, and many more specialty attacks. Now, Neji is a Jounin, and Lee a Chuunin. Now, not that this matters, (the ranks) beacuse of this:

Example. Dosu, Kin and Zaku. Genin. Coul;d have been so much better if Orochimaru would have aloud it. Dosu, fought a demon, Gaara, and of course lost. He was a Jounin level, as is Gaara. Dosu was just being used as a tool to gather Sasuke. He carried his team (both) in the forest of death, away. He could have stayed and fought off Sasuke, but then his team would be in danger. Kin and Zaku were both tragicly killed in a sacrifice to Orochimaru. Orochiumaru would not let any of these members become higher. Zaku and Kin were Chuunin level.

Back to the fight. Now, Akamaru has basically become a beast. He is so big, a basic genin, and maybe a chuunin could not fight him thereselves. Now add Kiba to that, and you have a match for Neji. Neji would win. Now, Shino. Shino does have a bloodline, and it is amazing too. He can fight Rock Lee, and maybe win. The reason I am saying this, is because Rock Lee has a chance. He is so fast, it is hard to track for Sasuke (sharingan). Now, he could get to Shino before the attack, and have a few hits, and a few justu to beat Shino.
