#1 badguy is MIA, and since then things have slowed down, aside from that, all the rules and crap with the fc's have really killed a lot of even the older fc's, add to that, the fact that just about every 3.5 seconds a new FC is formed......

Maybe, but you have to remember, Sasori's underlings were all unwilling participants, and part of his abilities, it's not like he gardered actual support for his actions, he just made puppets of people (literally), When you look at the current line up, it seems unlikely that any of the freaks in the Aketsuki could stand to have people working below them (think Darth Vader mentality), I'm sure they have networks of informants and what not, but I think only Orochimaru was the only one who kept people around, and we all know why.

the anime is to start with the timeskip sometime this year[hopefully sooner than later], what do u expect to see from the bad guys?......
as the manga readers know, bad guys appear a lot after the timeskip, especially akatsuki....

for me, i want to see the jutsus to be animated, seeing it described and all in the manga just isnt as fulfilling as seeing the actions of them for me XD

I just don't care about the time skip anymore, the ruined two of the aketsuki members I really wanted to see (rain and waterfall), all I can hope for is Zetsu, if he sucks I'm done, I can't stand the dirrection the manga went in, personally I think Kishimoto done went crazy, all I can hope is that the sound comes back in a big way.

Personally I'm just excited to see the sasori/gaara arc, that's my most anticipated thing. I'm curious exactly how the colors are going to be, since I've seen way too many colors for different characters. I've seen sasori's hair be red, blonde, silver, beige, brown... I'm curious which it is exactly, since I haven't actually seen a kishimoto colored pic.

Though in general, all i'm expecting is for all of the unaired "bad guys" so far to sound really cool and be completely badass >=P

i wonder how sasori will sound o.O......i mean he's a doll...but a "young" one at that o.o....and the genins are teens now....what will THEY sound like lol....i sure hope the anime will match the voices with the characters >.>;
