Lol, that he is. I don't know. I never really liked Dosu. I hate characters that act full of themselves. Thus why I don't like Sasuke either. But Sasuke was atleast mildly cocky. Dosu was extremely cocky.

he wasn't cocky, he just had ability and confidence, he new what he was capable, and what he could do, thats not being cocky

I don't think dude would have lived much longer than he did. Not that he wasn't a good ninja but Dosu just lived beyond his abilties. He was ready to fight Gaara, Sasuke, Rock Lee, InaShika AND Cho plus whoever else he wanted to. If he had survived the exams sooner or later we would have stepped to the wrong person and end up in the same place he is now. Now if he was like 20 and a jounin when we met him I could see him being the way he was, but dude was like a 13 year old genin and he already had brass balls the size of Konoha lol.

Dosu was tight, he just needed to chill out lol. I loved his character deisng though, he is still one of the most unique looking people in Naruto. Plus he had a fur cape like a true pimp.
