Re: Man to Man : Naruto and Sasuke

as much as I hate to say it I have to say naruto wins just because if Sasuke were to win the show would end and I would die. But if they were to manage some how to kill naruto without ending the show I def have to go with sasuke as people have said before Sharingan/Eternal Manghekyo, Which right here already gives sasuke a MAJOR advantage, but also then naruto has Sage Mode but it really doesnt help all that much.

Re: Man to Man : Naruto and Sasuke

That depends on what you mean by "natural strenght"...

I don't really have a definitive opinion yet, but I just want to bring up some points I think some of you might have missed:

Sasuke got the Curse seal, but also Itachi's eyes which is how he was allowed to obtain EMS. So the EMS does not qualitfy as natural strenght in my opinion. Plus, after their first encounter with Sasuke in Part 2, didn't Tsunade say that Sasuke's developement was too fast to be obtained by normal means and that Orochimaru probably gave him drugs to enhance his training's results? What would have been Sasuke's real strenght without it? Who knows....

As for Naruto, people always assumed that without Kyuubi, he wouldn't have the same chakra level, stamina and quick healing. Sure, the Kyuubi probably helps a lot. But what most of you are forgetting is that Naruto was the son of the previous jinchuuriki. He was in contact with the Kyuubi during the whole pregnancy. And as attested by his whisker marks, he was affected by it. Remember the Kin-gin brothers, who had the same marks as Naruto? They supposedly got that strong after remaining inside the Kyuubi for two weeks. That was enough to get them enough chakra to yield the SOSP's weapons! Naruto was in contact with the Kyuubi's chakra for 10 full months! And while he was forming as a person. Not to mention he was an Uzumaki and his mother had a very strong and special chakra. To me, there's no way he's just like everyone else.
We always assumed that his huge amount of chakra, stamina and healing abilities were because he was the jinchuuriki, but what if it was actually his natural strenght from the start? He showed all of those before he learned to master the Kyuubi's chakra. Remember mass kage bunshin? He made hundreds of clones (normal jounins make 2 or three at best). I don't think he used the Kyuubi chakra (hell he didn't even know about him yet!). Besides, we can tell when the Kyuubi chakra is used because an orange aura surrounds Naruto. AND he would still have Sage Mode and all of his technics, including Rasen-shuriken. Finally, training with Shadow clones gives him the ability to learn nearly everything in a very short time.

And if some of you are tempted to tell me that it doesn't count as natural strenght since the fox was responsible, then that means Sasuke's sharingan doesn't count either. Because Naruto was born that way, it's a part of who he is, the same way Sasuke was blessed with the Uchiha's genes and sharingan at birth. In a way, both were born with a clear advantage over other ninjas but that doesn't mean it doesn't count as natural strenght.

So basically, I think that Sasuke's natural strenght includes mangekyou sharingan (not EMS though) and probably Susanoo, the genius of the Uchiha's clan and his drive for revenge (motivation factor :P).
Naruto's natural strenght includes: Huge chakra, high stamina, possibly quick-healing, Uzumaki genes, Rasen-shuriken, Sage Mode, his determination and power to change people.

Even with just their "natural strenght" they seem pretty equal to me...

Quotes for noobs (learn how to break up a quote)

So you can post the second bit and i shouldnt be allowed to if i dont tell you? Why be so rude?

Anyways, here is a quotes for noobs guide

1. A basic quote

[*QUOTE][*/QUOTE]

(the * need to be removed for it to work, I put them in so you can see the text) is a basic quote that just wraps something in a quote without saying who quoted it who quoted so

[*QUOTE]this is a quote[*/QUOTE] without any * would look like
Quote:
this is a quote

Edit: there is a button for this, it looks like a speech bubble. If you select text and then press the button the selected text will automatically be wrapped with the quote tag

2. A quote that says who said it

[*QUOTE=who said it][*/QUOTE] this adds who said the post, manually putting that there can be useful when quoting something external. Example:

[*QUOTE=Mangastream]Remember all you sexy bastards out there, Naruto, Bleach, OP, FT, etc. all on break this week. Feel free to take your rage out on us[*/QUOTE] without any * would look like
Quote:

3. A quote that says who said it and links to the post where it was said

[*QUOTE=who said it;X][*/QUOTE]

Where X is the post number.

For the post that i originally quoted it would look like this

[*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164]Ok Stubborn donkey, how do you break it up please and if your not willingly to tell me, then please DONT offer me no advice in future[*/QUOTE]

That is what you get when you press the quote button.

4. Breaking up a quote

Now that you know how quotes work it all boils down to preference, how you want it to look like and how you want to do it.

One way of doing it is copying the latter part of the original quote [*/QUOTE] and then pasting it after each section you break up, write your reply, choose the text you want then paste it after that portion, repeat till you finish the go back and copy then paste the first part of the text at the beginning of each portion of text. Of course you can immediately copy and paste both parts of a poste so that you dont forget one in the end.

The end result would be something like this

[*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164]Ok Stubborn donkey,[*/QUOTE]
My reply 1
[*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164] how do you break it up please[*/QUOTE]
my reply 2
[*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164]and if your not willingly to tell me, [*/QUOTE]
my reply 3
[*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164]then please DONT offer me no advice in future[*/QUOTE]
my reply 4

Which without any * would look like

Another way of doing it would be to cut and paste the second part of the quote tag after the first section of text you want to seperate then write your reply select the second part and hit he quote button (it looks like a text bubble),if you do that without anything else the end result would be

[*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164]Ok Stubborn donkey,[*/QUOTE]
My reply 1
[*QUOTE] how do you break it up please[*/QUOTE]
my reply 2
[*QUOTE]and if your not willingly to tell me, [*/QUOTE]
my reply 3
[*QUOTE]then please DONT offer me no advice in future[*/QUOTE]
my reply 4

Which would look like

To make it like the previous example (which wpuld be preferred, though not necessary ) copy the part that says who posted with the link to the post and paste it accordingly to the proper part in each first half of each quote tag. In my I would copy =minato uchiha;2118164 and paste it where the # is
[*QUOTE#] to get [*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164] (of course with the * removed)

Of course you can use any other method you like to get to the end result, but now that you know what the end rwsult looks like I think there shouldnt be any problems
