Ya, I would say he has not achieved the MS because one of the conditions to do so is killing your best friend and we know that to be naruto

hmmmmm.....well it doesn't seem to be ms but since gai couldn't look into itachi's eyes or else he chould lose(i don't mean the MS) and kakashi said the same thing (kakashi also hypnotised zabuza) this is probaly what sasuke done to sai......just hynoptised him into fear...if that makes sense

maybe and maybe not it depends cuz you need to put the elemental charka into effect as well since naruto is a wind charka type person and sasuke is fire i think then naruto has a disadvantage like kakashi or yamoto said

Because of the storyline yes naruto will be able to beat sasuke. But based on the information I think Sasuke could beat naruto no problem even with his new jutsu.

(Side note: If kakashi was told not to use chidori (before he received the sharingan) because he could not see to defend himself. How come Naruto and the 4th can use rasengan. It has the same principle as chirdori. which is run the jutsu straight at your opponent. Should they not have run into the same problem as kakashi.)

I believe Sai comments that Sasuke must be super strong to be able to avoid the jutsu. I dont think however that this is the MS, from what we can tell it had nothing to do with his eyes. I feel that it was just his strength and speed. __________________
