I have lost my motivation to make sigs, mainly because i'm lazy.

well America uses NTSC and Japan use NTSC-J. May work, but it looks like you may still need a converter, i think.
Btw, those discs, they worked nicely on my bros PS2, but that's cause he now has an American PS2 XD Cawaii magazines rule too <333

I didn't know people liked Hana-Kimi here o.o

and, uh, damn...i told my friend that a japanese PS2 will work in America
like i said it'll 'turn on'...but thats just a guess really since:
one) my dad says it'll turn on even since he saw the voltage...and over 20 is okay
two) my friend audrey said she knows some places here that sells Japanese PS2s and they work

so i'm soo not sure @@
