well the only one who does know is the creator. But if you really want to know read the whole manga 1-299(when it comes out) make a list on what topics you want to find out try keeping it to the main story line. No. If Orochimaru wants his body he will have it. Sasuke has the cursed seal which means he's Orochimaru's bitch.

Here are my thoughts of why his body is rejecting him.

hehe Oro body is overloading with the justu. I think he needs a Ijustu to store all those justus. it only cost $350 for a 60JB (justu bite)

Hell alot of episodes, it's prolly gonna last up like DBZ + GT put together.(if no one knows or cares how many episodes dbz had its over 300, GT had 64 I think).

I do not believe Sasuke will let Oro have his body. I think it will be a hell of a fight though. I don't think we are at the end of the story any time soon to much is left.
