The Font is el& Font Gothic! (including the "!") but let me take a shot at it... and what color would you want the font in? the one at the top cant be black, cause, it will blend in too much..., i'll do white but just tell me what color and i'll change it, or not.

Dude, its not that freaking hard to google/photobucket an image you want, get your own damn picture because, we have no idea what you want unless you supply picture(s). also the avatar would turn out looking pretty bad if you mushed all four of thoes guys together in one 150x150 or smaller image.
