Saturday Morning Cartoons...

Is it just me or is it not worth it to wake up on Staurday anymore? Remember the goold ol' days when X-Men and Spiderman Was on instead of allt his crap they show now, and theyve butchered a lot of the old shows, Megaman= NT Battle, Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog= Sonic X, and whats with the thinking adding an X at the end makes it cooler, it doest, does anyone feel the same way I do?

I miss the old days, now WB is lame; Fox sucks; and abc is abc. do you remember the tick? that was a good show.

I remember when i was in the 6th grade, i had what was called "Yugi senses".
O_o;;
Every morning, I would wake up RIGHT before Yugioh started... No matter what time i slept at, I would always wake up before Yugioh started. But now.... I don't care and just sleep in. lol

And I think X-men is still on Jetix on ABC Family.

definately man, one of the better shows they used to show on fox, but once again they got rid of it for crap, nothin but crap on there now. There were some other good shows there too but its a pity man, what has happened to tv.

I thought taht Ren and Stimpy was sick, funny though, but wasnt that show a little risque to be on Nick, I remember it being there, fi you like that show you might have seen AHH! Real monsters did you?

I completely agree with you. I too have fond memories of watching Saturday morning cartoons in my early years. And yes, it is a shame that a large majority of the shows being shown these days aren't as nice as the ones that have gone off the air. The X thing you mentioned is also kind of lame. xD

But, a thing I've just noticed is, perhaps those shows just seemed to be the best to us because we were from that generation and we grew up watching those shows. Maybe the next generation will look back on thier childhood one day and think, "Gosh, whatever happened to Sonic-X? Saturday morning cartoons these days just aren't as good as the ones I watched when I was younger."

Think about it.

same here i had the "yugi" senses and i was addicted to yugioh... and i miss the days when they showed normal megaman and all that stuff and i actually liked the old yugioh now its all retarded with those stupid monsters with like 1,000,000,000 attack points or something and with megaman it had action and u dont need chips to move left but these days they ruined it and sonic was my favorite sega dude but once watching sonic x i hated sonic god they ruined so many shows with good story plots

i remember mummies alive i loved it but now its forever gone and saturday morning cartoons suck now its like normal weekday line ups
