Ya hokge isn't in on too much so i would say you can join.

I would say that Itachi is still stronger then Sasuke. Sasuke still does not have the developed sharingan (as far as we know) therefore itachi would beat him.
As of right now i think the only way that Sasuke could win is if Itachi has used his sharingan too many times and goes blind.

yes u can join but see if itachi goes blind then maybe unless he also improved on his senses i mean come on think itachi would be at least prepared for the worst

It is possible that Itachi has improved on his senses. But to have hearing and touch that well developed would be incredibly hard to do (not that itachi couldn't do it). One plus of being blind is if Sasuke did get the MS he couldn't use it on itachi
