Headband awkward, ears are too high up, hair is unrealistically thick and bumpy, nose shading a tad too thick, mouth lines are too much to the left (from viewing point of view) and bottom lip line is too much to the right, the sigh thing should go a little lower.
The eyes are done nicely, the ears are great, the neck is proportional, and you've got a good line for the face. 6.7/10

His face is a little too long(the fact that the ears are high) and it seriously looks like he's chewing on a mushroom.

But its alright, the coloring looked rushed but it's alright....
