SOTW #12 Discussion

OK since there has been quite a number of people makign sprite sigs this week I made it a sprite SOTW to see what you lot can actually do =.=

This SOTW will not invlove a set of judges but rather it will be an open vote where any member as long as they stick by the voting rules and give good reasons for their choice.
