I've got to say that I also like Hanajima more than Uo. I think i already pointed out why i like hana so much. however, there's no denying that I really love the romance between Uo-chan and Kureno. TT__TT

I love how their story is so sad and sooooooooo ro mantic. Kureno is such an innocent hottie... nyaaaaaa...

but like i said, i like hanajima more. Having a friend like Uo would be very cool to hang out it as well. you'll surely feel secured. and having a carefree person around would absolutely brighten up my day. ^^ oH, and I can learn martial arts from her. lol XD

i'd like to see if hana ever managed to hook up w/ anyone.
i think she and Kazuma Sohma would make a cute, but very traditional couple. i could see hana as a right proper lady, and Kazuma holding doors open for her and stuff like that.

the age gap IS pretty big though....

still i'd really have liked to see some more of that


so alot of people prefer Hana, eh? i think i like Uo more, just because we got to know her really well, and her relationship, and troubles with her relationship with kureno hits home with me, i can really identify with that situation. #>_<#

Uo, is pretty much like Tohru's mom, which is veryy cool. I even thought at one time that they were related. Maybe her real mom is Tohru's mom and Tohru was just adopted. lol I wouldn't be surprise if that was the case. But then, that would leave us thinking...


where did Tohru came from? Right now, I can't think of any family in Furuba where Tohru should belong if that was the case. nyahahaha... XD what a strange idea ne? =^^=

tohru is definitely more like her father, she looks like him alot,a dn is a much more quiet person like he was.

the story of tohrus parents is probably my favourite story in fruits basket.... except perhaps tohru and kyo <3

but yeah tohru is very unlike kyoko

btw, do any of you have the continuation of the manga? I only have up to volumne 18 chapter 1. I checked out onemanga and they have temporarily removed it since tokyopop asked them to. Xp Can I have a cop? ahehehe... ^^;;

they are actually only out in english in manitoba up to volume 18, but try going to mangavolume.com, they also have it, manga hut requires a membership, and i think some donations, so i don't use them.

right on, the publishers some time get on thier cases about it, and they have to take them down for a while, it's usually only temperary.

anyways, out of tohrus parents, i think i like her father better, because while kyoko stood up to gher parents, it was in a juvenile way, where as Katsuya stood up to his father and changed his entire life, he was training to be a teacher like his father wanted, but told him know, making his whole life before that, almost a waste.


i just like how caring and gentle he was, especially w/ kyoko. he's right up there on my favourites list ^_^
