I believe Tobi is still alive. Just cuz we haven't seen what he can do, so we deserve to see more of him (yeah, lame I know).
But I had a feeling that Sasuke wasn't dead. Cuz it was too easy. But I"m still disappointed. And I hate Sasuke even more cuz he KILLED MANDA!!! Manda was cool (IMHO)!!!! He used manda to save his own sorry ass! ><
