Type of people: very diverse, but unified as a village
Speical forces: ANBU, village police force, and the Sniper Squad - a team trained to take out enemies from a safe distance.
How I would run it: Within the village, I would try to maintain unity, and instead of sitting there filling out papers, I would travel throughout it and do my business in person. I would also try to go on missions. I'd help villagers who I saw in need of it, to show that I want the best for everyone. With other villages, I would try to harbor friendships, and if a conflict arose I'd try to settle it quickly.

Sure. I can't really think of any updates right now, because the only thing that really needs updating is the jutsus. But I think I can scrape by a battle without thinking up any specific jutsus. Oh yeah, my village specializes in bird summons, I forgot to add that.

I guess I can start up the battle, how about Village vs Village? I came up with a decent concept for playing the game that we might want to try. Here's how it works: We start out with three "points" and each turn we get two "points" it takes one for defense one for offense, and you can save your points for later if you want or you can just use them immediately. The only restriction is that you have a limit of three offenses per turn, summonings can be either offense or defense if you want. How does that one sound? Might actually add some more strategy to the game or it could just be a complication, what do you think?

The "village" so to speak is really a kind of gigantic castle with traps on the main floors to hinder enemy shinobi. It's the village hidden in the soul, known as Konpakugakure. Some of its special jutsu involve manipulation of the soul and they're almost all self destructive and kill the user most of the time.

The three main clans are Nento, Kyoushu, and Soshida. Nento are telepathic and have extreme intelligence because they can use all of there mind where normal humans can use ten percent. Kyoushu are assassins and specialists of fire release techniques, and they are also able to resist any kind of fire with special oil they are all coated in. Soshida are able to enter into the base elements of the world, water, stone, fire, lightning, earth, pretty much anything there is. If they, say, touch water then they become apart of that body of water and can control all of the water that's there, that's the gist of all the powers.

Everybody has weaknesses, but I'm not going to sit here and point them out to you, that'd be godmodding on your part to know every weakness of the enemy village. How's being immune to fire and being assassins that can use fire release techniques too powerful? Just wanted to know.

All right, I don't want to get into an argument with you, but you chose the least powerful of the three, ignoring the other two on purpose. Super-intelligent mind-readers? Godmoding. The ability to morph with elements, making themselves invulnerable to harm and giving them an advantage offensively? Godmoding. Even invulnerability to an element can be seen as godmoding, because there's no such thing as oil that simply repels any level of fire. If there was, and it could be manufactured cheaply enough to outfit so many people with it, than everyone would use it. Knowing an enemy's weakness isn't godmoding; rather, it prevents them from godmoding. I'm not pitting myself against enemies who will know my strategy and can think of a way to counter it before I even start executing it, like your mind-readers can, especially if they don't have a weakness.

Ok, then, away with the mind reader powers that the Nento have, they can still be super intelligent and manipulate things with their minds. Ok, fine, here are a few weaknesses then:
Nento - Can only manipulate a certain amount of mass at a time, need to maintain TOTAL CONCENTRATION to continue kinetic manipulation.
Kyoushu - Basically anything that's not fire, only they can use the oil by the way, because anybody else who has it touching their skin for prolonged periods is dead.
Soshida - They don't choose weather they fuse into an element or not, they are forced to, so if you hit them with a water technique they will be water, I think you could find a way to use that. Also, every element has its own weaknesses and the element's weakness becomes their weakness, they're actually the clan with the biggest weaknesses in the entire village.

Why don't we just meet in some kind of massive open field? It would make it much less complicated, we both have very cramped fighting quarters for our enemy for both of us it would be an advantage if we were the ones being invaded. If you don't want to meet in some kind of field then I guess I'll make the first move as soon as I hear from you again, it really doesn't matter to me who gets the first move, you can if you like.
