Woudlnt it be kool if he like put the Seal on himself like on his arm or something for like when he makes Kage bunshins he can teleport to where ever it is

Lol it would be Kool i dont know about all over his body tho i mean he needs to look somewhat noraml cant be the Container of kyuubi and have tatto's everywhere but being able to teleport his arm to punch someone ehh i dont think so the 4th didnt teleport he just moved Really REALLy fast.

Lol he does teleport. He places seals on his shurikens and where ever it lands he has the ability to teleport there instantly. The dude can place a seal in every country and teleport there in a flash. I wonder if he can teleport people with him.

ok o yeah i started to think about putting seals on his arm and let naruto will have the ability to teleport his arm to one place well then he would lose his arm cuz once u teleport ur have teleport like can u teleport back i don't think u can

ok Sorry i thought he just Moved Really Fast now that i know he teleports give some kool idea's,But he wouldnt be able to Teleport any instantly Would he? i thought the Kunai had to be thrown or something along those lines?
