Read Sakatsu's leeson, and look at all the japanese resources that have been posted here, especially the ones taelmx posted.
I really doubt anyone will actually take the time out of their lives to teach you daily.

it's checked daily and theres always new stuff!

follow the lesson plan, and you'll be learning quick! (it also helps to write it over and over again, I already filled 2 notebooks!)

also there is japanese pods 101,
it's a podcast

cool stuff...

but any japanese know that speaking the language and actually understanding it is two different things...its probably one of the most hardest languages to grasp. ou may learn it, but try speaking it (slow-mid tempo for girls and fast for guys)
