he's already got the entire naruto storyline/plot planned out...so he knows what he's going to do and the stories involved...the problem is how long the series has left before it ends???
I think it still has a bit to go, considering the whole Akatsuki thing has yet to be sorted out, we don't even know their true ambition yet!
Also Oro with Sasuke, that needs a conclusion, and why is it Oro is trying to disrupt the Akatsuki's plans...etc etc
Not to mention the fact that Naruto has a ways to go before he's powerful enough to be made Hokage, and I'm sure Kishi won't end it until Naruto is HOkage.

As for what he'll do after Naruto...that's anyone's guess, Kishi is still a relatively young Mangaka, and he has plenty of time to start another series after Naruto ends...

hmmm i think hes gonna write for a bit more, as in one or two more years at least because naruto is so popular and who knows? maybe his next manga might suck and he doesnt kno if it will be nearly as popular as naruto. I think hes gonna ride naruto as long as possible just cuz. Plus, hes got a long way to go in the plot so i think naruto will be around for a while
