Untitled.bmp & empty Zip files

Help me please

My tittyf*cking piece of shit PC saves all images as Untitled.bmp lately. The hard drive is full enough, I don't need no bitmap files... what's going on?

And also, since about the same time, any Zip files I download, are empty.

What have you been unzipping with? Try it with WinRAR, the Windows unzippy thing, and WinZIP. See if one works =/
As for the untitled.bmp... I assume this is from PS? I honestly have no idea what could cause such a problem.

I unzip with WinZip, always worked...

Oh! No! I don't mean images saved in the program of creation, but on the web! For example, gif files and everything else...

you mean when you save things on your desktop from the internet...?
well if thats the case go to
my documents>tools>folder options>remove the check from hide known file extensions

then you change the extension to whatever you wnat- the .bmp to .exe for example

Oh, interesting. To save things, you're hitting right click > save as... yes? Check to make sure it's not saving things as Untitled, and check the file extension (as suggested above).
