Clearly Kisame is well informed calling him Madara. The first panels you must have ignored what was shown as he never revealed himself to Kisame as far as we know. All that was shown to Kisame as far as we know was his sharingan

You must've ignored the bottom panels in the first link that had Kisame demanding Tobi reveal his face (to which Tobi was stepping from the shadows just when Kisame woke himself back up). How else would Kisame recognize him years later when Tobi did the same thing?

Transformation Jutsu. Both times Obito revealed himself to Kisame, it wasn't like his mask just fell off. It was planned. Kisame may have never seen his real face. Kisame should've seen the Madara VotE statue when entering Konoha with Itachi or at least known what the bastard looked like due to his fame.

KYF, as much as you'd like the idea of there being multiple Tobi's a la "Dread Pirate Roberts", that would add a layer of coherence and sense to this manga that Kishi has obviously chosen to forego.

All we saw was him in the shadows, we couldnt even tell if he was wearing a mask or not so you must be ignoring the panels. Literally the last panel of him has his whole upper half in the shadows.
