Tobi that attacked Konoha and caused the death of 4th hokage & kushina most probably is Madara. And his plans got fcked up by Minato, so he had to entrust his master PEACE plan to a 12 year kid(who barely was skilled at his age) he/zetsu saved.

After Madara died, Obito disguised in the same mask because its cool to show off as Madara. But how the fck did Kisame believe that Obito is Madara after seeing his face?

Because Kisame was in on the whole thing. He most likely knew the real Madara.

Maybe Obito was that Mask guy as well. Kishi has messed up the timeline of Naruto so don't be surprised.

There's a big ass statue in Konoha with his face on it that him and Itachi likely saw, entering the village in Part I. Dude was also hella famous on account of co-founding the first shinobi village and all.

No. Obito would've had to used the transformation jutsu. Same way he'd have tricked Itachi who grew up in Konoha. Madara should be famous enough that all Jonin know what that he looks like. And if he wasn't? Kisame would've known it was a lie when he went to Konoha and saw the statue.
