Damn not only was Yama killed..he was destroyed without mercy ....FUCK KUBO! BALLSY! ZERO SQUAD, SURPRISE FIGHTER..and to clear up like I thought Yama was never mentioned as being one of the five weapons..but Juha did call him out....fuck pride you should of healed your left arm!

Ichigo is bk (hopefully) , just like the MS in naruto, these killings must hav triggered something to ichigo #newpowers???

I still wonder if Ichigo's Hollow powers are what makes it hard for them to capture his Bankai. You can't tell me he doesn't retain his Hollow abilities on at least some level.

I give it a C as far as his last moments go. He gets points for fighting even after being fatally wounded ( "He can join WB in the badass old guys with epic beards that took lethal damage but kept on fighting club" ) but everything else was rushed. That thing about him being blood thirsty was interesting, but the way he regretted everything before the end was really hollow.

Saw this whole scenario coming a mile away. RIP Yama-G Kubo keep up the good work. Now the question remains who's actually dead & will Orihime revive anyone?

PS @dano25655: Ichigo's hollow power merged with his zanbato which merged with Ichigo himself. Then Ichigo lost his powers & regained them using energy from other Shinigami. Meaning Ichigo should no longer have hollow powers.

This manga works so much better when main characters can actually die, even if it is a bunch of slaughters to pump up Ichigo and Zero Squad.

Still rather pissed about Kenpachi.

EDIT: And I told you it was going to be a one strike.

I think a one strike ko was all we could have expected (not that I like it)
Considering that he was so bad-ass him losing out in a proper fight would have caused a lot more of a backlash IMO.
Plus now it leaves the door open for someone to say that he wasn't in full fighting form (maybe his bankai was weaker as well because he wasn't whole) when a weaker guy disposas of juha.

Btw: In the flashback I thought for a second that the painting represented yama's bankai/shikai and that the demon he referred to was what he sealed to create. I was like yeh damn now that he's dead let it reappear...and then my bubble burst!!

It seems like NOBODY in SS remembers how to use shunpo!!! Ya' know, that extremely fast movement shit that's suppose to help you dodge attacks. I'd though Yama would be a pro at that, but noooooooooo, just sit there and take it instead. That's way smarter.

Brutal death while still standing and half his body slashed, extra badass. Still some mystery around Yama. That line "you look really pitiful now that you're dead" weaaak from someone who wanted to steal his bankai to get an advantage, Juha is a bitch.
