I really hope that kage realtalk is what gets Sasuke to at least consider if not completely redeeming himself. It would just be such bullshit writing if he goes wangsty fuck and ignores everything told to him and then Naruto's rainbow creed somehow wins him over.

I mean, nothing Naruto can fucking say is worth any more than what Sasuke's getting told now. The closest thing I could see to a tolerable way it goes down would be Naruto shooting down Sasuke's self-righteous notion of being the only one who has "truly suffered" by citing the fact that, oh I don't know, he's been sensing all the loss, pain, and anguish of roughly the entire shinobi world thanks to his 9-tails feelings senses. And that would be redundant crap given what Hashirama is telling Sasuke now. I dunno, I still think upon reflecting where Naruto, Sasuke, and Obito are (because Obito is way more the heir to the Uchiha's ancestor than Sasuke is) that Sasuke's redemption essentially has to happen for this peace-y bullcrap to be worth anything in-universe.

No qualms here about that pov. I was just saying I don't mind any "enemy" doing that, because that has happened numerous times in other stories and in real life. But you're right... Naruto shouldn't be championed as the guy who brought the countries/villages together... he's just their champion so to speak.

Seriously. I don't follow the Naruto discussions as fervently as I once used to, given the ridiculous dip in story quality of the series and in the time this forum (the Naruto fanbase) has developed acronyms for every damn jutsu, person's name, pretty much everything that sometimes I have a hard time following the discussion the few times I poke around these parts. Some I can easily guess, others I literally have to google.

To be completely honest, I think Kishimoto has something else to ruin with this chapter: Shakespeare. Wouldn't be surprised if he pulled an Hamlet on us by the end of this childhood flashback (although I can't count off the Mito cockblock because we all know how Kishi loves his parallels).

I'm gonna be fucking pissed if Kishi goes the "Hamlet" route, but has given us "juvenile" shit up to this point. He at least needs to be consistent with his shittiness.

So basically the 'Villans' that began everything are Harashirma's Dad, Nidame, Madara's Dad, and Izuna, by never conforming, and eventually getting Izuna killed.... thats what all of this shit came from.... wow, everybody calling Sasuke EMO needs to stfu. The whole ninja world is EMO.

1. A basic quote

(the * need to be removed for it to work, I put them in so you can see the text) is a basic quote that just wraps something in a quote without saying who quoted it who quoted so

2. A quote that says who said it

Where X is the post number.

For the post that i originally quoted it would look like this

That is what you get when you press the quote button.

4. Breaking up a quote

Now that you know how quotes work it all boils down to preference, how you want it to look like and how you want to do it.

One way of doing it is copying the latter part of the original quote [*/QUOTE] and then pasting it after each section you break up, write your reply, choose the text you want then paste it after that portion, repeat till you finish the go back and copy then paste the first part of the text at the beginning of each portion of text. Of course you can immediately copy and paste both parts of a poste so that you dont forget one in the end.

The end result would be something like this

[*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164]Ok Stubborn donkey,[*/QUOTE]
My reply 1
[*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164] how do you break it up please[*/QUOTE]
my reply 2
[*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164]and if your not willingly to tell me, [*/QUOTE]

Another way of doing it would be to cut and paste the second part of the quote tag after the first section of text you want to seperate then write your reply select the second part and hit he quote button (it looks like a text bubble),if you do that without anything else the end result would be

To make it like the previous example (which wpuld be preferred, though not necessary ) copy the part that says who posted with the link to the post and paste it accordingly to the proper part in each first half of each quote tag. In my I would copy =minato uchiha;2118164 and paste it where the # is
[*QUOTE#] to get [*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164] (of course with the * removed)


Of course you can use any other method you like to get to the end result, but now that you know what the end rwsult looks like I think there shouldnt be any problems
