you have to remember that Kishi is starting a new project a manga about baseball, so doesn't give a damn about Naruto any more that is why it is so shit, now its just about getting every last penny he can out of it

Actually, not only is Kishimoto's next project NOT a baseball manga, but a mafia seinen, there's no indication whatsoever that he already started it. Although you are correct on the "doesn't give a damn anymore about Naruto" bit.
