Probably so he wouldn't question why his dad put the beast inside of him. Also, we should know that his birth was most likely unexpected, and for a Hokage to sleep with a random woman without being married. A litte iffy if I do say so myself.

i would believe that it would have something more to do with protecting Naruto from his enemies that would try to exact revenge on the leaf or Yondiame thru attacking his son. And probably the whole child thing with someone from another village during the time that Konoha may have been in conflict with the former whirlpool country may not have been the best thing. And remember, that when the kyuubi was attacking the village at first, Yondaime was not there but once he showed up on the scene to battle... he had a child in his hands which was Naruto. I'm guessing that kushina died giving birth to Naruto and so Minato used Naruto since he couldn't stay with him mother. WIth all that happening soo soon and rapidly, there was no need to move around spreading that birth of the former Hokage's child (maybe first child). I mean look at how much attention Konohamaru gets/got for just being the grandson of the third Hokage. And now about Tsunade being the granddaugther of teh first Hokage. I think in time it will be revealed to the rest of the village that Naruto is the son of Yondaime.... but not until later when he is probably Hokage on just on a higher level of skill and rank.

I like that jiraiya has know all along that it will come down to 2 people and that his actions could change the outcome. Meaning i think that he has to die to pain to get naruto busting ass and taking shit seriously. I think they kill jiraiya and head for naruto, then the scroll with the frog tells naruto about jiraiya and takes naruto to the warehouse for training.

If Naruto goes into the warehouse for training, Pain won't be able to find him, because that location is linked to those who have the ability to summon toads I would assume. But just imagine what would happen to the outside world. Pain will go wild looking for Naruto, he may even get some of his hired soldiers to flock out Konoha or something. But don't you think Yamato should follow Naruto into the warehouse? I mean Naruto may be able to grant permission in this special situation. Yamato knows how to control and regulate the Kyuubi's chakra, so he can help Naruto further master the Kyuubi's chakra so "That jutsu" could be completed. I wonder if shadow clones should be used to speed up the process.

Off topic:

For some reason I was thinking about Minato's Flying Thunder God Jutsu and a way for Naruto to create a jutsu similar to that. Anyway this is how I think Naruto's unique spin on the attack could be accomplished. The set up of the jutsu will follow a format of Leaf Ninja's Ninjutsu lists.

Soaring Shadow Transportation is a ninjutsu used by Uzumaki Naruto. Sharing a similar purpose to that of his father's Flying Thunder God jutsu, Soaring Shadow Transportation is deadly and fast. Due to the fact that Naruto did not know how to perform The Flying Thunder God jutsu, Naruto developed his own unique jutsu sharing a similar affect. Prior to battle, Naruto will make a necessary amount of shadow clones and transform them into special kunai knives, in which he carries with him in his bag or where ever he carries the rest of his weaponry. Naruto can transform his shadow clones into Kunai knives during battle, but the risk of being spotted, leaves his jutsu out in the open, so he just makes enough shadow clones prior to battle. Naruto will throw a special transformed kunai knife at the enemy, once thrown, if its caught, touched, or strikes the ground, a shadow clone will immediately emerge, striking the enemy with shocking timing, due the opponent being caught off guard.

Naruto can also throw mulitple kunai knives to increase his rate of victory among other opponents. This jutsu is all about trickery and timing. Naruto can also wield the specially transformed kunai knife in battle, in which he clashes with a opponent, the shadow clone could immediately show it self and attack the enemy's blindside. To further confuse his enemies, Naruto can carry one regular kunai knife, partnered with a specially transformed kunai knife.

Naruto can also throw two or three kunai knives, but also mixing in a forth kunai knife, which is specially transformed. Once the shadow clone appears and completes its purpose, it disperses, making it appear that Naruto is using some sort of body flicker after distracting his enemies with kunai knives. The shadow clones only strikes once, before dispersing, whether it miss or not. This jutsu can only be done by Naruto due to the amount of chakra that's required to maintain mass shadow clones for long periods of time as well as maintaining multiple transformation jutsu.

Well with no manga to talk about, what can we chat about......

Well, I still would to know when the frog scroll is going to reach Naruto? Kishi is taking his sweet ever lovin time.

Also some people have been saying something about October of 08 as the end of the manga, can I get a confirmation on that?

Yeah I never heard of that, outside the forum, but I guess its possible... But the scroll would probably reach Naruto after Jiraiya dies or something, for the time being, the toad is probably watching over the battle, to see if Jiraiya lives or not.

hmmm, oct 08 i havent heard much on a date when it will end. I really dont see how it can end that quickly, i mean cause kishi takes his time. Its hard to see how kishi could make naruto strong enough in 50-52 chapters to finish off akatsuki... I say he will be done writing maybe in 08 but it would take a while for all the chapters to come out.

I cant wait, im still wondering how and when the scroll will meet up with naruto and what will happen with that. do you think naruto will go to the warehouse and disappear, or time could be really slow inside, like off of DBZ and the time chamber. SO he can learn tons of moves in a short time even with his shadow clones...hmm

This is what I got out of it too.

Well I'd go with the shadow clone training inside the hidden warehouse, where he can squash in lots of training. But I think Yamato will go with him, because he can help Naruto control and regulate the amount of the Kyuubi's chakra that goes through his body. But if the warehouse is linked to the world of the toads, than perhaps it could be classified as space time transfer. So in reality, not even a second goes by, but in the warehouse, where possibly the toads are located, a person could spend, seconds, minutes, hours, days, months, years in that world without even a second in reality passing by.

So Naruto could be training for days and weeks with shadow clones, while in reality, only a second goes by, by the time he exists that world. Naruto could become 20x that of a hokage if he trained under such conditions, he may even age while everyone on the outside world remains exactly the same. Just imagine how much experience Naruto can achieve. What if Sasuke, trained this way as well (minus the shadow clones)? What if he trained in the world of the snakes. I mean Sasuke has improved beyond that of what was expected by many and he made great use of Manda's time space transfer jutsu, which is similar to Jiraiya's time space transfer with his toad to sneak into an enemy's base undetected.

Yeah, just like SirBenoit said, earlier, although in dragon ball Z, time in reality really does go by, but in the world of the summons, the amount of time spent there is not even a second in reality. Its like Itachi's MS genjutsu.
