Tsunade has the ability to regenerate the cells in her body. The seal on her forehead also helps in preserving her youth.

Hey sorry i know this is an opionated questing HOWEVER this could save hours of my time

I have watched up to 165 and the fillers are getting on my tits so should i just watch episodes 213 (for that special bit ) - 220

If you've watched till episode 165 you can easily skip to Shippuuden, so yes you can just watch episode 213-220. You'll miss nothing important, thats what fillers are about.

Who is the real ruler of the whole Fire Country, the Hokage or the Feudal Lord?

The feudal lord (the original title is daimyo). The Hokage controls Konoha only, and though the Hokage might advise the feudal lord, ultimately the feudal lord is in charge of the country.

Yeah. He's still in Akatsuki, but we haven't seen him since the Sasuke-Itachi fight ended. Presumably he's out doing missions for Akatsuki. They must be pretty busy, having lost so many members.

It was never stated that Pein was immortal, but he is pretty much the closest thing to it that we know of.

He's definitely not immortal.

He just happens to control bodies. And for me, he's good because he's fighting and he's still safe somewhere out there.
