can the curse mark that orochimaru give's transform people in to demon's like what happened to sasuke when he fought naruto

The cursed seal has 2 different levels.
The first level is the scattered marks on the body; and the second level will give the user a disfigured body. In sasuke's case, he turned SSJ and got longer hair, wings, and claws.
In Jiroubou, Kimimaro, and tayuya's case, they also transformed but in their own way. Their skin is also discolored. In which the cursed seal covers their entire body.
So to summarize, Yes; the cursed seal does give the power of transformation at level 2.
