Sick ninja Avatar

My request is in admitance that my image skills are sevirly lacking. I like the idea of sickness ninja and this picture blends that idea the best to me. What i was think ing was sort of like my current avitar, but I dont have the skill to fix it.
So lots of greens and yellows.
With the word Virus on it.

If my request is unresonable or what not just tell me and that is 100% ok.
