Current Appearance: She wears a pink sweater that has a split through the sleeves. She has a pink and white skirt; she has her weapons pouch on her right leg. She has a pink rose flower above her right eye in her hair. Fuyumi has a white ribbon on her right leg above her knee. Fuyumi’s hair is tied up into a bun like style, except some strings of her hair are hanging out of the bun.
Personality: Fuyumi is a soft spoken girl that has the biggest crush on Naruto. She has never been able to tell him how she feels, though he figures out some time later. Fuyumi is a caring girl that cares about almost everyone. A little after she gets to know Naruto she talks more. Fuyumi is completely quiet wherever she is, and with whoever which is why no one knows anything about her. The first person and actual friend that she has talked to is Hinata. Hinata is one of Fuyumi’s best friends. Fuyumi normally talks about 4 min. of a day, except after the chunin exams. After that she interacts with lots of people and makes more friends than anyone in Konoha. After she starts to talk to people she has everyone from every team as a friend to her. She is now a talkative person that sometimes can talk too much. When this happens she can tell and then is quiet. Fuyumi’s love for Naruto has been expressed in many ways. Before Naruto had left to train with Jiraya she had made a promise that she would get strong for him and help him bring Sasuke back no matter what it took. After Naruto had left, every time Fuyumi would get tired when training she would push herself past her limit because she thinks of the promise she has made her friend. After Fuyumi opens up to people she is loved by everyone and cared by everyone. Though she knows nothing about her past she acts as though her past has been a good one, and always tells the people that have suffered like her that they have their life better than hers. Fuyumi lives next door to Naruto’s apartment. In her house she has a computer that she bought for herself; in the computer she has a diary in it. In her diary she tells how much her love for Naruto has grown, she also talks about her parents, friends, and her battles. Fuyumi has a beautiful singing voice.. All of the songs are in Japanese which is the language they speak in Naruto’s world. Her songs express her feelings, and her most favorite one to sing is called Itazura na Kiss. Itazura na Kiss is a song that she sings to tell how she feels about Naruto. Her stunning voice draws attention when she sings, and when people look up on the balcony and listen to her sing.
Clan: The Clan of Frozen Mist (Shuzoku no Koota Kasumi) the clan was created by a female medical ninja in Sunagakure. The female ninja was a 56 year old medical ninja who had created the Koorihanasu by fusing ice and chakra to create the Flow of the Mist. The Flow of the Mist is just how the Tsubasa’s chakra had flowed when they activate Koorihanasu. Every user of Koorihanasu has a special kind of ice chakra. Their ice chakra molds into their regular chakra to make all ice based jutsu as cold as -234 degrees F. The clan had first originated in Sunagakure until they had transferred to Konoha. The clan had a leader, who was first the starter of the clan who was the 56 year old Shachi Tsubasa. Shachi had been assigned by the kazekage to create a person, which would be known as the village’s ultimate weapon. Though she had tried hard she had never accomplished this she had never given up. It took her two years to create a substance that could be known as the ultimate weapon for the village. Shachi had created a substance that could be known as the ultimate weapon, but she hadn’t created something that the kazekage was pleased with. Using her medical jutsu Shachi had made a type of chakra that was as cold as ice. The temperature was exactly -234 degrees F, and was a dangerous thing that a normal person couldn’t have because their body would freeze because of how cold the chakra was. Shachi had given herself this chakra, during an experiment that she had developed. Her chakra had been changed completely and now she had the chakra of the degree of -234 F, and she wasn’t affected by the coldness of her chakra. Instead of presenting her new power to the kazekage she had moved out of the village to live in Konoha. On her way to Konoha she had to fight off only 1 opponent during her travel. This opponent was a member of the hidden sand village that had been ordered to get her back because she was of the last medical ninja that Sunagakure had. She had refused to go and was challenged to battle. At the time she was at jonin level and she was fighting another jonin who
Kekkai Genkai: Koorihanasu (ice release) Koorihanasu gives its user the ability to use ice and snow based jutsu. When someone activates this bloodline, a sign appears on the sides of the persons eyes. The sign is what gives the user their ability to control ice and snow. When someone activates this kekkei genkai all jutsu they use are at the temperature of -234 degrees F, and the misty flow kicks in and creates a misty aura in the users body. Since a person with the Koorihanasu has chakra of the temperature -234 degrees, if they are struck in a chakra point when Koorihanasu is activated, the person or/ and object are then frozen.

Jutsu:
Mist ball (Kasumi Booru): Kasumi Booru is a ball made of frozen mist, which is a special jutsu in Fuyumi’s clan. It’s a ball of frozen mist that automatically freezes anything that it comes in contact with. This ball is filled with rotating chakra that is Fuyumi’s, which makes it as cold as -234 degrees F. This jutsu is one that has been passed down from the clan off frozen mist. Fuyumi likes to call this the ball of hatred because she uses it mainly when she is angry, although she uses it at other times.

Whirlpool (Uzumaki): This jutsu creates a whirlpool of water underneath Fuyumi’s opponent. After the opponent has sunken into the ground the water then freezes and keeps them locked into the ground unable to move. They are then able to be attacked without dodging.

Flying Ice Comets (Tobomasu Koori Suisei): Ice gathers up in Fuyumi’s hand like sparks that can be shot out to do lots of things. When Fuyumi uses this jutsu about 48lb’s of snow and ice can be shot out. The snow is only regular snow as the ice is also. This jutsu requires no hand signs.

Summoning Technique; Eight Dragons of Despair (Hachi Ryuu no Zetsuuboo): This is a summoning jutsu that Fuyumi hardly ever needs to use, unless she would go up against a huge person/creature. Fuyumi can summon eight dragons either all together or separate. The eight dragons all have different elements, but some have the same figure, but not appearance. The elements are: fire, ice, lightning, iron, water, wind, sand, and one that has no element.]
