Do you read the manga? Just checking, because that'd totally suck if we're all not on the same page. [SPOILER WARNING! HIGHLIGHT] Apparently, before Itachi fell, he tapped Sasuke's forehead, transferring all of his eye techniques to his brother. Amaterasu only activates when Madara's Sharingan is visible, though. At least that's what I think. [/END OF SPOILERS.]

Eh. >.<; Trying, but not really succeeding.

I think Kakashi may direct his insights into the situation between Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura, moreso than his own feelings and connection to their unfolding conflict. But it would definitely be nice to see him express how he views all of them, that will give insight into his own character. I'd like to see more of him, since he has a very solid background (connected to everything, Team 07, Minato, the Uchiha, ANBU/probably Roots, etc).

And well, he's my second favorite. And you know I'm anticipating his reunion with Sasuke! Damn Kishi for withholding so frickin' long. <.<; lol

Yeah, that mask gives him such.. I dunno, a youthful appreance (combined with his Tobi persona), that it was kinda displeasing to see him as an old guy, though it makes perfect sense. xD

Eh. As long as he didn't get it through the same means as what was 'required', I'm less disappointed than I would have been... He did look cool. ;D

Yeah, I hope he doesn't lose himself. Up until this point, I thought Sasuke held onto himself rather well for a character in his position. At least with refraining from taking lives and expressing contempt for Oro and Itachi (also for letting Kabuto go. It speaks volumes, when you compare it to when Sasuke was 12 in the fod and challenged Kabuto for his scroll - to which Kabuto told Sasuke he wasn't as 'prepared' as he thought, or else he wouldn't have given Kabuto an honorable warning, eliminating the element of surprise). All things aside, taking Kabuto out would have been in his best interest.

I also thought that when he opened the door to Juugo's cell, stopping Karin from putting herself at risk, expressed that he still retains his protective instinct from Part I.

I wonder if they will return, or if something will come up... I keep hoping Shino put his bugs to use, and Kishi is simply stalling to reveal that to create even more suspense. But eh, I wouldn't be surprised if they returned to Konoha. After all, we're due for seeing Tsunade again and Naruto learning of Jiraiya's passing.

They could always split up, some return and the others continue after Sasuke. I wouldn't mind that either - it would leave for a lot of developments, depending on who returns and who goes on.

Madara's intentions... ehhhh, can't be good, as far as I'm concerned. No idea the details though XDD lol

My box of faith is currently empty, what with the whole Uchiha history and all. It really is the Year of Sasuke. (Of course, Kishimoto could have thrown in a pinch of Team 7 together with that. :\) ^^

There was more Kakashi development promised this year, which I'm the most excited about. I mean, seriously, he's a mysterious person, and he controls his emotions really, really well, especially for someone who's gone through pretty much the worst things and is still pretty calm. There's a ton more I want to say right now but I'm being distracted by some smiley-face stickers.

Ever since the Valley of the End scene, where Kakashi apologizes to Naruto for being late, I've been wanting to know what Kakashi's reaction to Sasuke will be. And yeah, that Kakashi would like to know more of Sakura and Naruto's feelings makes tons of sense, too.

Yeah! I mean, Tobi's kind of like, "Oh, look! I'm Tobi! Oops!" - glass breaks - "Sorry!" - topples over - "Darn, I'm so clumsy!" and accidentally detonates the area he is in. But if all that is being controlled by an old guy...it's not as fun anymore.

I know, I was happy that Sasuke didn't end up killing anyone, but I wasn't too pleased that he got it, because I had hoped he would get it another way. :/ And yeah, that's one part of his personality I've especially liked about him. Ah, the good ole Part I days.

I was wondering about this, too. I thought that the mission was over because they failed in retrieving Itachi.

Of course not, he's an Uchiha. 8D
I do like that he was a nonconformist, though.

I don't get this, though. If the Uchiha clan was feared and somewhat hated, then why was Sasuke idolized? Enough time had passed for everyone to forget about it?

team 7 kinda reminds me of my own pals... the part where itachi, naruto and sakura redid their bell training to see how they've changed. it was really nostalgic, ne?

I don't like it....I wouldn't mind so much if he said he was jsut going to Konoha to destroy the 3 village idiots(danzou n the elders) but why destroy the whole village...they had NOTHING to do with his family being murdered and what's worse is that Madara himself...helped itachi do it...LOL.

6-7-08. That's exactly what I thought! I remembered Madara saying something about how he helped Itachi take out the clan. And, I think Sasuke's allied with Akatsuki now. He really doesn't have a reason to hate on them anymore.

EDIT. Does anyone else feel as if Sasuke's got his own plans against Madara?

i think it's stupid. even though he gained the ms, it's still noticeable that he is still quite gullible. madara just wants him so that he could get konoha.
