Anyways if it is okay the next village should be Mist to receive hokages, but that doesn't really work out either, only the hidden leaf has that little hokages and others have sixteen and up. that would still be a lot of kages. Don't worry hokage just copy what you said and pm it to me.I might do that,if we do that would be when we get 40 members so they can have a chanc.Also there would be atleast 5 hokages in each village but if they want to be hokage they would have to climb that village's ladder.I would put that stuff up to you.PM me your ideas since you have good ones.Remember people we have 37 members,3 more get to pick which rank they want to be other than hokage for now of course so hurry up and join today while you're in charge!
