Q: Do you think Kira is righteous or just crazy? What would you do with the Death Note in your possession?

and A: I think Kira/Light is crazy in the head. He disrupted the flow in which we live in today, and even though it's a messed up cycle, any extreme change like that can cause alot of problems. People who try to make up for what they did get killed jus cause Kira said so. One mistake and you die, that's a scary way to live. Living under fear that Kira will track you down and kill you. Light/Kira is more of a tyrant or dictator than a Death God for a world that he wants to live in. And in the manga people adored Kira for killing off the criminals, like a holocaust or something. But most people only think about themselves and the safety of their family. When one of those people in their lives are convicted then they'll totally change their attitude towards Kira. Unless they want their family killed though. O.O

I think it goes half and half, because what Light is doing IS lowering criminal activity, but on the other hand, he starts killing off innocent people as well... It pretty much depends on his use of the Death Note specifically.

If I had a Death Note, I'd only use it in emergencies, and if I absolutely needed to, or was desperate enough to kill off someone, such as someone who might have raped me or hurt me in some way.

A: I think he's a bit wack, but his original goal is noble (Kill off criminals). But after a while, he, like any other person, becomes drunk with power and abuses it. So, that's what I think.

B: If I had a Death Note... Oh, the fun I would have. >=)
I would kill for revenge and all that fun stuff.

well at first his intentions were noble in a way, killing all bad guys. He is being pressured by police to arrest him so hes taking out some cops and fbi to cover himself. Once the cops get off him, he will be back to his good intentions, which are making his place peaceful

But that's what I'm talking about, man. Like what Mooch said, he does make the place peaceful but in order to do that he has to kill people who might of never actually commited a crime or were framed. See, once the news puts the picture of a man who they thought raped a boy or something Kira kills him instantly without thinking twice. And he's just swatting those kind of people like flies, putting fear into the civilians of every city to not commit a crime.

If I had the Death Note though, I'd kill highly ranked criminals like terrorist. And if I saw live footage of a man keeping people hostage I'd kill him too. But not crimes like stealing a car, mugging a man, or beating some guy up. Shit happens in life and people have to deal with it. That's why god never gives you luck when you need it.

I'll be uploading in parts on youtube afterwards, and I'm surprised my WMM hasn't crashed yet from the enormous 2gig movie file. It usually crashes just trying to import a DN episode to split into parts for youtube, so wish me luck! lol. This is taking forever, you guys are lucky I love Death Note so much >.> lol
