here's a poem i wrote & changed it into an alternative rock song with my band: The Diary Of The Souless

Title: In My Dreams
By: The Diary Of The Souless
Written: Victoria

u're only a dreamboat u sail within my head
u seek out my secret ocean of coral blue & red
ur smell... it sets incense burning (i'm burning)
ur touch... it's soaking wet (so wet)

it's reaching thru' my skin, crawling from within

(chorus)
but u're only in my dreams, i see u in my dreams
u've got me spining round, turning upside-down
making me... confused with what's real & what's not
u r only.... in my dreams

u're voice it whispers to me, even tho' ur not here
i suddenly feel real free, but my heart starts to tear
u're reaching... to my head (u're reaching)
u're blocking... all thats real (nothing's real)

but when i fall sleep, i see u like u're real

(chorus)

do u guys think it's nice? we've not recorded it yet... only practiced.... if there's any changes anyone wishes me to make pls lemme know in this thread.... thnks^^

I think it's good. I'm not good with giving advice and such, so that's all I can say. Make sure you post a sound clip of it here when you finish, ok?

its kinda like u'll be safe here-rivermaya cum in the end-linkin park thingy... its only the ones in the brackets that my bandmate does the screaming....
lol... kinda like slow rock alternative

thanks all....

hmmmm..... everyone keeps saying its all good.... i hope it is... we've practiced it a few times & it sounds like its missing some more words.... me & my bandmates have no idea what else to put in....
