Uh, he was a spy for Akatsuki already. You mean if he were never caught? Eventually he'd run into Orochimaru, so he'd either remove the seal, or kill him.

What if Orochimaru bit Naruto instead of Sasuke, and gave him the cursed seal?

She'd have whipped Neji's ass and not even known it, because she'd have been knocked the hell out, and the Kyuubi would have taken control. Oh, and she'd be hella scared. Like, more often than usual, since the Kyuubi would probably easily intimidate her at every turn.
