The result would depend on whether he won by killing Itachi and Kisame or incapacitating them; for the first situation, Sasuke would have been absolutely dumb-founded, and, with one of his goals fulfilled by another, would have gotten around to building a Uchiha clan like the old one. In the second situation, Sasuke would have attempted to kill Itachi, leading to much confusion and infighting.
