Rule Update: Trolling
This has been a serious issue on our forums for quite some time. Some of our members here have apparently decided that because trolling is not strictly forbidden in the rules, it is automatically allowed as long as there are no direct flames by the trolls.
A trolling infraction has now been added. Trolling infractions will be worth 4 points, and each troll post will be worth one infraction. This means that if you post three times with the intention of trolling, it will result in an autoban.
As with other infractions, those who have been infracted for trolling and believe it is unjustified may contact a mod about the infraction. The complaint will be processed through the moderator team to see if the complaint is valid.
This is now Rule #14 in the Forum Rules.

Re: Rule Update: Trolling
To add to the above post: There is no direct "encyclopedia of troll words or situations." It is up to the mod to decide what is a troll and what is not a troll. Due to this ambiguity, as said before, it can be contested with Shino.
Generally speaking, picking on someone or causing forum rukus (excessive bitching, porn spams, or trying to "pwn" someone) are the most common cases of trolling.
