ya but its different for naruto cause at the battle with shukaku there was no Jounin present to see so nobody was able to recomend him and with kabuto he didnt show Jounin skills in that battle but shikimaru has exhibited jounin skills and akatsuki is way more powerful than kabuto or Gaara + Shukaku

Naw I doubt that to get jounin level I think you have to take a test or something.

I know that you have to be recommended, but is there a test? I just thought that if you were recommended by enough people you would be promoted.

u still have to take a special test wen u get recomended to make sure that u are Jounin material

a jounin is a elite ninja. both physical and mental capacity have to be max. shika is smart but super ninja he ain't

but he specializes in his bloodline jutsus like his dad and in my opinion hes better than his dad

i know but consider the jounin in the series. they out class shika big time. shika could definetly be hokage, not because he is strong but because he would govern konoha well

actually really the only Jounin we have seen fight are the best jounin in the village so u dont kno if all the jounin out class shiki and he would out class his dad and his dad is jounin

I think his dad has more techniques than Shika, so he is more balanced.

actually i dont think he has more techniques and shiki i think has better control over his shadow to be able to throw a Kunai wit it

Well, I don't completely disagree with you. I think that you're right when saying that is is probably stronger than some of the less important jounin, and I think that as soon as he returns to the village from killing Hidan and the other one, that everybody will recognize this.

and he will be recommended for jounin than he will take the test now since we dont kno wut the test is its hard to say whether he will pass or not

If its a physical test then there is a slight possibility that he might not, but he could pass any written test.

well its probably going to be both like a written test than like a special mission testing ur fighting abilities and ur Prowess
