To be genin...your post must be 50...chunin 300 post..jounin 700 post...the rest i don't know

Umm, I may be off here, but that's just basically your usertitle. Which changes in rank based on your post count?

In fact, you'd do well to read the entire thing. It's the rules, which you should go over. If you did, you'd find out that double posting is not allowed, and that repeat threads are also punishable. The search button hasn't killed anyone yet, it's quite safe to use.
That being said, welcome to NL. And please, read the rules, so you don't break several at a time like with this thread. ^_^
